Air base

Site : Air Base serving 1,200 meals a day over 3 shifts (morning, noon and evening).

Objective : Replace the old waste treatment system with chutes by our BIODEC+.

The units est la nouvelle génération de la gamme BIODEC : il permet le broyage de 700kg de déchets/h, une réduction du volume des déchets de 80% avec un apport minimal d’eau, il accepte tous les déchets alimentaires (os, coquillages…) et ne rejette pas ces derniers à l’égout conformément à la loi Grenelle II.

This new system has a crushing station positioned under the twin-string conveyor and, for plate removal, a double TVO shelf enabling two operators positioned at the beginning of the conveyor dishwasher to work simultaneously.

On the waste side, we have installed 2 twin tanks of 2400L each, which will take between 4 and 6 weeks to fill up before being emptied by a pump truck and their contents recycled in a methanization or composting center.
