Air base

Site : Air Base serving 1,200 meals a day over 3 shifts (morning, noon and evening).

Objective : Replace the old waste treatment system with chutes by our BIODEC+.

The BIODEC+ is the new generation of the BIODEC range: it can grind 700kg/h of waste and reduce waste volume by 80% with minimal water input ; it accepts all food waste (bones, shellfish, etc.) and does not discharge it into the sewer, in compliance with the Grenelle II law.

This new system has a grinding station positioned under the cord conveyor and, for clearing plates, a shelf with two waste holes allowing two operators positioned at the dishwasher entrance to work simultaneously.

In the waste room, we have installed 2 twin tanks of 2400L each, which will take between 4 and 6 weeks to fill up before being emptied by a pump truck and their contents recycled in a methanization or composting center.
