Site : Air Base serving 1,200 meals a day over 3 shifts (morning, noon and evening).

Objective : Replace the old waste treatment system with chutes by our BIODEC+.

The units is the new generation of the BIODEC range: it shreds 700kg/h of waste, reduces waste volume by 80% with minimal water input, accepts all food waste (bones, shellfish, etc.) and does not discharge it into the sewer, in compliance with the Grenelle II law. 

This new system has a crushing station positioned under the twin-string conveyor and, for plate removal, a double TVO shelf enabling two operators positioned at the beginning of the conveyor dishwasher to work simultaneously.

On the waste side, we have installed 2 twin tanks of 2400L each, which will take between 4 and 6 weeks to fill up before being emptied by a pump truck and their contents recycled in a methanization or composting center.
