At the request of a famous amusement park wishing to process the dirty trays of a future fast-food project, we have developed a robotic unloader enabling dirty trays to be unloaded from a constant-level trolley to a cord conveyor at the tray-washer entrance thanks to a linear robot and a suction-cup system.

Advantages of the tray unloader: compact, plug & play, easy to use, autonomous vacuum system, time-saving and improved ergonomics for wash-up area staff.
