Helical conveyor

Validex offers 3 different vertical conveyors : arm, helical & angle. The vertical spiral conveyor with pallets transports all types of meal trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area on a different level.

• Takeover of tangential motorization
• Single motorization
• Adjustable speed
• Adjustable exit angle
• Continuous operation

It is mainly used with rope conveyors in the infeed and outfeed zones.

Technical details:

• Load capacity: 5kg per tray
• Maximum speed: 15 loads per minute, i.e. 900 loads per hour
