Crédit Communal of Brussels
Context
Crédit Communal is a bank located in the center of Brussels.
After questioning two world-renowned companies who had no answers to all the problems encountered, the Belgian installer RUBBENS, in charge of the renovation, called on VALIDEX.
Issues
- A cramped company restaurant
- More than 20 trays to sort per minute
- A hexagonal tray whose shape does not allow it to be inserted into the tray washer
- No garbage cans in dish sorting area due to lack of space
- No cutlery tank at the end of the machine due to the narrow passage between the two dishwashers
Designing the solution
- A transfer system that automatically rotates the tray before introducing it into the tray washer
- A remote waste disposal system for evacuating food waste
- A conveyor system that alternately distributes trays onto two trolleys at the tray washer exit to reduce movements in the wash-up area
- A cutlery conveyor belt to transport cutlery to dedicated tanks several meters away
