THE CORD CONVEYOR
The cord conveyor transports meal trays from the restaurant room to the wash-up area.
It can be adapted to most configurations thanks to its made-to-measure design: with no distance limit, modular, tiltable and customizable to match your restaurant's décor.

One motor per straight element
On VALIDEX equipment, cords are systematically pulled.
Our solution provides a better distribution of effort and therefore improves tray movement.
It also reduces cord slippage and thus avoid premature wear.
Options
Object detector with pendulum or cell to stop the conveyor in the event of detection of an object left on a tray
Sliding roller at conveyor end for:
- Tray transfer and storage on a constant-level trolley
- Tray transfer to a tray washer
End stop to stop the conveyor when a tray is detected
Electronic variable speed drive for speed adjustment
Detection of trolley presence and full trolley
Wall-mounting brackets for conveyors installed in the restaurant room

Additional equipment
Magnetic cutlery extractor
It automatically removes cutlery from trays using a magnetic block, then places it in a soaking tank.

Tray brush
It brushes the trays to remove any remaining waste (crumbs, yogurt lids, napkins...) before they enter the tray washer or are stored on a trolley.
